I stumbled upon Zeba the other night, while strolling through Columbia Heights, after Hurricane Irene.  Although their power was temporarily out, they were serving drinks on their patio and deck!  I must say, they know how to keep the party going!

Zeba serves a Mediterranean cuisine and is known for their popular kabobs, hummus, and pizza.  They have one of the best happy hours I’ve seen in a while, with half-price pizza, $4 drinks/select beers, and $3 Miller Lite.

If that didn’t make you happy, they have daily all-night specials.

Monday              $4 select draft beer
Tuesday            $4 mojitos, $4 Absolut flavors, $2 kamikadze shots
Wednesday       $4 margaritas, $5 burgers (w/o fries)
Thursday           Half-price wine bottles
Friday               $4 Absolut Flavors
Saturday           $6 Jameson w/ Beer
Sunday             $6 signatures drinks, $6 Jameson, $4 select draft

Zeba has all the makings of a great regular go-to spot.  The mixed crowd is inviting an unpretentious.  The drinks are well crafted and poured to perfection.  This place is a hidden gem that deserves to shine.  Next time you’re out, drop by and say hi!
